  • 1 pound Beef sirloin steak
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Place the beef sirloin steak on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to trim off any excess fat. Cut into three equal pieces if necessary for easier handling.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sea salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, and lemon juice. Stir to mix well.
