Directions

Step 1

Start by boiling water in a large pot. Once boiling, add the whole lobsters and cook for 9-12 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is cooked through.

Remove the lobsters from the pot and allow them to cool down slightly. Crack open the claws, tails, and joints to extract all the meat. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
