Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Zest the lemon into a small bowl, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl. Set aside.

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a large baking dish.
