  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 large Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small, thinly sliced Cucumber
  • 1 large, diced Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Coconut yogurt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped red onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
