  • 2 medium chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 whole cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 small red onion
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or regular pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create two thinner pieces from each breast.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken pieces.
