  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 30 grams Fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 20 grams Fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, finely chopped large onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
