Ingredients

  • 4 cups Curly kale
  • 4 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 1 large Avocado

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly under cold running water and shake off excess water.
