Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup date syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and lightly spray it with cooking oil.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.

Step 3

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
