  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves, large
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
