  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.25 cup Sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by ricing your cauliflower: remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then chop into florets. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble grains of rice. Set aside.

Dice the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch in size.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
