  • 2 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the zucchini, carrot, and sweet potato using a box grater. Place the grated vegetables into a clean kitchen towel, and squeeze out as much moisture as possible for a firmer patty texture.
