  • 14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes (no added sugar)
  • 4 cups beef or chicken broth (Whole30-compliant)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
