  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Dice the onion, carrots, and celery, and mince the garlic.
