  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cups, chopped kale
  • 2 cups, shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon (or to taste) black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until they become translucent.
