Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and spiralize them into noodles using a spiralizer, or use a vegetable peeler to create thin ribbons. Set aside.
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves. In a large sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another 1 minute until fragrant.
Push the onions and garlic to one side of the pan. Add the ground turkey to the empty side of the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
