Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the kale and broccolini.

Step 2

Remove the thick stems from the kale and cut or rip the leaves into big pieces.

Step 3

Cut and remove the ends of the broccolini and leave the rest in whole stalks.

Step 4

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them.

Step 5
