Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, keeping the core intact, and cut the cauliflower into thick steaks, about 1-inch thick.
In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, fresh basil, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create the herb oil. Set aside.
Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks generously with some of the herb oil.
