  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cilantro and mint leaves well under cold running water. Shake off excess water and roughly chop them.

In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped cilantro, mint leaves, lemon juice, grated ginger, chopped green chili, peeled garlic clove, salt, cumin seeds, and water.
