  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, removing the stem. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it reaches a rice-like consistency.
