  • 1 cup coconut aminos
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions

Directions

Step 1

1. Peel and finely grate the fresh ginger root using a microplane or fine grater. You should have approximately 2 tablespoons of grated ginger.

2. In a blender or food processor, combine the grated ginger, olive oil, coconut aminos, and rice vinegar.
