  • 4 slices sugar-free bacon
  • 2 whole30 compliant sausages
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the sugar-free bacon slices to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove the bacon and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the compliant sausages. Cook them for about 10-12 minutes or until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove and set aside.

While the sausages cook, slice the tomatoes in half and chop the mushrooms.
