  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 0.5 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 0.33 cup freeze-dried mixed berries, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
