  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and finely chopped onion.

Step 2

Add the coconut aminos, almond flour, large egg, nutritional yeast, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the meat mixture.

Step 4

Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, each about 1 inch thick.

Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve the Frikadellen warm, either on their own or accompanied by a side salad or vegetables of your choice.
