Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: julienne the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper. Thinly slice the purple cabbage and set aside.
