Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large Vine-ripened tomatoes

  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup Flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all fresh produce thoroughly.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them into a large mixing bowl.

Cut each vine-ripened tomato into wedges, and add them to the bowl with the cherry tomatoes.
