  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the spelt flour, sea salt, and baking powder.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
