Ingredients

  • 1 medium head green cabbage
  • 0.5 head red cabbage
  • 2 large carrot
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup almonds
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables. Remove the outer leaves and core from the green cabbage. Thinly slice it and place in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Thinly slice the red cabbage and add it to the bowl with the green cabbage.

Step 3

Peel and grate the carrots. Add the grated carrots to the mixing bowl.
