Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic clove
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the zucchini and carrot using a box grater. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

Finely chop the red bell pepper, cauliflower florets, and fresh parsley.
