Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the fish. Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a food processor and pulse until finely minced.

Transfer the minced cod into a large mixing bowl. Finely chop the green onions, red bell pepper, and parsley. Add them to the bowl with the minced fish.
