Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 pieces jicama wraps
  • 1 as needed avocado oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.

Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the chicken is fully coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
