Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a food processor or high-speed blender.

Step 2

Add the fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil to the processor. These ingredients add acidity and richness to the sauce.
