  • 2 large Avocados
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Whole30-compliant mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cups Mixed greens

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cooking the chicken breast. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
