  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup compliant chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 slices compliant bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
