Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Add the chicken strips and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil to the hot pan.

Step 4

Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the liquid, and add to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
