Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin thinly, across the grain, to ensure tenderness. Place the beef slices in a bowl.

In the bowl with the beef, add coconut aminos, arrowroot powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the beef evenly, then set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
