  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cups coconut flour
  • 0.5 cups tapioca flour
  • 0.33 cups ghee
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried sage
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large, beaten egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, sea salt, and mix well.

Step 3

Melt the ghee and add it to the flour mixture, along with two eggs and apple cider vinegar. Mix until a dough forms. It should be pliable but not too sticky.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate while preparing the sausage filling.
