  • 1 cup Coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 ounces Smoked salmon
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 1 small Lemon
  • 0.25 cup Dill (fresh)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
