  • 12 whole leaves napa cabbage leaves
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the filling. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut aminos, sesame oil, and fish sauce. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Prepare the napa cabbage leaves by carefully removing them from the head of cabbage. Wash and pat dry.

Lay a cabbage leaf flat and place about a tablespoon of the pork filling in the center.
