Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 medium, finely chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 0.25 cup, finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and egg. Mix well using clean hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir to blend the dry ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3

Form the beef mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, pressing them gently to ensure they hold together.

Step 4

Dredge each patty in the almond flour mixture, coating all sides evenly, then gently shake off any excess flour.

Step 5

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated patties to the skillet, leaving enough space between them to cook without overcrowding.

Step 6

Fry the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Adjust heat if necessary to prevent burning.

Step 7

Transfer cooked cutlets to a serving plate and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Step 8

Serve the Whole30 Classic Meat Cutlets with your choice of Whole30-compliant sides, such as a mixed greens salad or roasted vegetables.
