  • 4 large leaves romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, sliced tomato
  • 0.5 medium, sliced red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Whole30 compliant mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to over-mix as it can result in a tougher burger.

Divide the beef mixture in half and shape into two patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
