  • 6 pieces large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Whole30 compliant mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water by about an inch. Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water reaches a boil, cover the saucepan with a lid, remove it from heat, and let the eggs sit for 10 minutes.
