  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 leaves Romaine lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Start by cooking the chicken breast: place it in a pot covered with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from water and let it cool slightly.

While the chicken is cooking, peel the cucumber and slice it thinly into even, round slices, roughly 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
