  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized into noodles
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook until the vegetables start to soften and the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
