  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 28 ounces Crushed tomatoes
  • 6 ounces Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Dice the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Mince the garlic cloves.

Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
