  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium ripe, mashed banana
  • 0.5 cup, for topping fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons, for topping chopped nuts

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, combine almonds, walnuts, and cashews. Pulse until the mixture reaches a coarse consistency, similar to oats.
