  • 8 leaves large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 large, sliced tomato
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons, optional Whole30-compliant hot sauce

Directions

Step 1

Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
