  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 juiced Lime
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 3 sliced Radishes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Season the brisket with sea salt and black pepper. Sear the brisket in the pot for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned. Remove and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium, add the chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
