  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 leaves Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to cook them in batches.
