  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground paprika, ground cayenne pepper, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Blend the spices into a marinade.
