Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 1 medium Red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes.

Step 2

Add the lemon juice and mix everything together until well combined.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into eight equal portions. Take one portion and shape it into a long kebab shape around the skewer, pressing gently to ensure the meat grips the skewer firmly. Repeat with the remaining portions.

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, gently place the kebabs in the skillet.
